Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Vaiz Production for the Nest Scan app and website. By using the app you accept them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.

Information, not medical advice

Nest Scan summarises official pregnancy guidance and links to it. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from your doctor, midwife or pharmacist. Ratings have not been reviewed by a clinician. Product data may be incomplete or out of date, and labels can be misread: always check the pack. "No concerns" means none of the ingredients we read are on our list. It is not a promise that a product is safe.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Free plan and paid plans

• The free plan includes unlimited barcode scans and lookups, 3 label photo reads a day and gestational diabetes mode on 2 products. We may change free limits with notice in the app.
• The Pregnancy Pass is a single payment that unlocks paid features for 10 months from purchase. It does not renew.
• Yearly, monthly and weekly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in your store, until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
• Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
• Restore purchases with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Using the app fairly

Don't misuse the service: no automated scanning, reverse engineering, attempts to get around the free limits, or uploading images that aren't product labels.

Content and data sources

The app and website are ours. Product data comes in part from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts under the Open Database License. Guidance belongs to the bodies we cite.

Liability

We provide Nest Scan "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from the app's information, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@docusmarter.com.
